For us, Ammazza Caffè is more than a place to grab a coffee. It's about the little moments that make everyday life special — a warm welcome, a familiar face, a conversation over coffee, and the pleasure of slowing down.

Inspired by the Italian way of life, we wanted to bring that feeling to our neighbourhood in Palma.

The people behind Ammazza

Behind Ammazza are two people who share a passion for food, hospitality and creating meaningful experiences.

Coming from different backgrounds and cultures, we found common ground in our love for bringing people together. Stefano's Roman roots and years of experience in restaurants and hospitality have shaped our approach, while our shared vision has always been to create something personal, warm and authentic.

We believe that a great café is not just about what's on the menu. It's about how people feel when they walk through the door, the attention given to the smallest details, and the relationships built around the table.

Ammazza is our way of sharing a little of who we are with the city we now call home.

And although our ideas continue to grow, one thing will always stay the same: we want everyone who visits Ammazza to feel welcome, comfortable and part of our story.
