What started as a love for hospitality and authentic Italian flavours slowly became the idea behind Ammazza — a neighbourhood café inspired by long mornings in Rome, aperitivo culture, and the warmth of Mediterranean life.
After years working in hospitality and restaurants around the world,
we wanted to create a space that feels calm, welcoming, and natural.

Stefano, originally from Rome, brings classic Roman traditions
and authentic Italian flavours to the café, inspired by family recipes, seasonal ingredients, and the simplicity of Italian cuisine. From pistachio croissants and sourdough sandwiches to aperitivo and natural wines, our menu combines Italian roots with the Mediterranean lifestyle of Palma de Mallorca.
