Ammazza Caffè was born from a shared love of hospitality, Mediterranean culture, and simple, delicious food made with quality ingredients.
After years of working in hospitality, we wanted to create a relaxed and welcoming café in Palma — a place for slow mornings, great coffee, freshly prepared breakfasts, and good food shared with friends.
Stefano, originally from Rome, brings authentic Italian flavours and culinary traditions to Ammazza, inspired by family recipes and the simplicity of Italian cuisine. His experience working in hospitality and restaurants around the world has helped shape the atmosphere and philosophy behind our café.
Our menu combines Italian roots with the Mediterranean lifestyle of Mallorca — from fresh bagels and sourdough toasts to creative brunch dishes, specialty coffee, and a changing weekly lunch menu.
We've also brought a little more of Italy to Palma with our selection of Italian deli products, carefully chosen for you to enjoy at home.
